About Your Host
Hello, lovely people!
I’m Sas Petherick, made in New Zealand and based in the fabulous city of Bristol in England.
I have an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, and my Master’s dissertation was a deep study into self-doubt. My coaching practice is an unconditional commitment to helping you cultivate self-belief. I’m absolutely fascinated by the tentacles self-doubt weaves into our lives.
Personally, my self-doubt is of my greatest teachers and richest sources of growth. And it still feels bloody awful when it strikes, but now I see it for what it is: a completely understandable response to psychological risk.
You can find out more about me, and my coaching work right here.
