fabulous organisations helping young people develop self-belief
The Graeme Dingle Foundation work with young people all over New Zealand in a range of programmes designed to help build their self-esteem.
Their work is informed by best-practice research and built on three heartfelt values: Caring – Manaaki, Courageous – Maia, Collaborative – Tuhono.
The ‘Growing Great Futures – Whakatipu Tamariki Ora’ report prepared by Infometrics, showed that every dollar invested in Graeme Dingle Foundation’s programmes is expected to result in a long-term benefit to New Zealand of $7.15.
The Self-esteem Team is the UK’s leading mental health speakers for schools. Founded in 2013 by Nadia Mendoza and Grace Barrett, they have worked with tens of thousands of young people, written a book approved by doctors, tirelessly tour the UK’s schools, in their bid to equip young people with tools to navigate their mental health and build self-esteem.
The Self-esteem Team’s mission is to reach every kid in every corner through a range of workshops, including exam stress, anti-bullying, social media education and they work on building parents and teachers’ confidence too.
